CAMPGROUND RULES

All rules must be respected at all times while camping at this location. If you or your group violate any of the camp rules you will be escorted off the premisses and you will not receive a refunded for any expenses.

⫸ All reservations are for a maximum of six people total per site.

⫸ Propane Barbecues and Fire Pits: Allowed if there’s no chance of grass burning.

⫸ No Tarps: To protect the grass.

⫸ Small Pools: Must be emptied nightly.

⫸ Prohibited: Fireworks, underage alcohol use, illegal drugs, and outside vending.

⫸ Dogs: Must be leashed and have a safe place during hot weather.

⫸ A 2-4 day reservation package is required for festival event types.

⫸ Single-day camping is available for some event types, subject to change.

⫸ Single-day services are available for parking, shower access, and bar/food (additional costs apply).

⫸ Reservation details are manipulated or invalid.

⫸ Reservation appears counterfeit or tampered with (fraud will be reported).

⫸ Reservation was made through unauthorized third-party vendors.

⫸ We are not affiliated with Live Nation.

⫸ At Check-In: Present a digital or printed copy of your reservation. For more information contact us directly.

⫸ Check-In Time: Any time after 11:00 am. Which is the day before the Event.

⫸ Check-Out Time: Noon the day after the concert.

⫸ Reservations are only available Thursday through Sunday during concert events.

⫸ Private Event Hosting: Looking to host a private event (parties, weddings, small concerts)? Please feel free to contact us for pricing estimates and availability.

⫸ Shuttle Service Included with your reservation.

⫸ Free Shuttles: Times vary before shows; ask staff for start times (generally 2 hours before the show starts).

⫸ Shuttle service continues after the show until all guests are transported.

⫸ Shuttle Service Notice: Shuttles will begin picking up passengers only after the concert has ended to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all attendees.

⫸ Shuttle Service Schedule: We’re working on introducing an early shuttle option this year for those needing to leave before the show concludes—details coming soon!

⫸ RV’s spots come with power and access to water. RV can be pumped for an extra charge.

⫸Overflow parking is available: Please have cash at gate, over flow parking is $30 a day.

⫸ Your Sage Creek reservation does not include access to the Event Gate.

⫸ Campsites vary in size. Spots are all first come first served.

⫸ Sage Creek Campground reserves the right to charge additional monies to those using or requiring more than the allotted or reasonable camping size spaces.

⫸ Sage Creek Campgrounds is a private facility. All sales are final; no refunds. We reserve the right to refuse entry or services if:

⫸ Single or Multi-Day Tent Camping: $75 + tax

⫸ RV Hookup option 1 (No Power, No Water): $165 + tax

⫸ RV Hookup option 2 (30 Amp + Water): $185 + tax

⫸ RV Hookup option 3 (30 Amp, Water, and Septic): $200 + tax

⫸ RV Hookup option 4 (50 Amp + Water): $200 + tax

⫸ Single On-Premise 32-ft Trailer: $250 per night + tax (two-night minimum stay required)

⫸ Additional Information

⫸ Extra Guests: $30 per person/day + tax (up to 4 additional guests per reservation, 6 guests total per site)

⫸ Overflow Parking: $30 per vehicle/day + tax

⫸ Onsite Bar + Food: Available on premises (prices may vary)

⫸ Portable Restroom Access: Available for paying customers only

⫸ Free ‘Shuttles” provided for Sage Greek campers to and from the Venue.

⫸ We have FREE HOT showers.

⫸ Ice available by the bag at the front gate (prices may vary by season).

⫸ Espresso stand and pop machines

⫸ Cafe and Bar open most nights

⫸ Have Reservation printed out or on your device along with the reservation holder ID for a quick and easy check in when you arrive. If reservation is transferred, you will need to have a copy of the original purchaser’s ID to enter the campground.

⫸ Please protect your Sage Creek Online Account password so no one may access and print your reservation. If you suspect someone may access your account you can always change your password online. Please take the responsibility to protect yourself. Reservations are non-refundable and are only for one time use.

⫸ Although we check ID's at the gate the first one to arrive at the gate with printed reservation and proper identification will receive the wristbands along with access to the campground. That reservation will be checked off as completed and no longer available.

⫸ If you wish to camp with your friends, it is best if you arrive together to assure your campsites are in the same area.
